Conservation Volunteers Australia with the support of the Australian Government through the Caring for our Country program, are pleased to present the ‘In Safe Hands Toolkit’. The toolkit is designed to assist Landcare and community NRM groups to meet their safety management standards. The toolkit provides a useful reference and is available as a download at the website www.insafehands.org.au.
Conservation Volunteers Australia is also conducting a workshop series to assist people in the use of the ‘In Safe Hands Toolkit’. There is a workshop to be run in Bendigo on Thursday May 16. This workshop will be at the DSE office in Epsom from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Workshop registration occurs in the process of downloading the ‘In Safe Hands Toolkit’ via the website. Each group must download a copy of the toolkit in order to register participants for the workshop.
